Breast of chicken topped with bacon & cheese in a traditional creamy cider, rosemary and sage sauce,
garnished with mushrooms and apples.

Sirloin Steak
Tender Steak, served with a diane sauce.

Whole Grilled Trout
Grilled to perfection, served with prawns and a lemon & coriander sauce.

Mediterranean Pasta Bake
Penne pasta, tossed in a chunky tomato, basil and oregano sauce with a colourful combination of vegetables,
topped with mozzarella cheese.
