STARTERS
Prawn Cocktail
Succulent fresh prawns on a bed of crisp lettuce, topped
with Marie Rose Sauce, served with brown bread and butter.
Breaded Mushrooms
Button mushrooms, coated with a crisp garlic breadcrumb,
served with BBQ sauce.
Leek & Potato Soup
Home made soup, served with a crusty roll.

MAIN COURSES
Chicken a la King
Strips of chicken breast in a white wine and pepper sauce, served with rice.
Sirloin Steak
Tender Steak, served with a pepper sauce.
Smoked Haddock Mornay
Smoked Haddock in a creamy cheese sauce.
Mushroom Stroganoff
Sliced button mushrooms cooked in a creamy paprika sauce with wine brandy, herbs and spices,
served with rice.
